I Love Leg Day!!!



Todays session is going to look a lil like this:

1)Hack Squat x 4 sets (5-8 reps)
2)Leg Press x 2 sets (6-10 reps)
3)Leg Extention super set with Walking lunges x 2 sets (8-12 reps)
4)Cable Pull Through x 3 sets (6-8 reps)
5)One leg leg curl x 2 sets (8-12 reps)
6)Standing calf Raise x 2 sets (6-10 reps)
7)45 degree calf raise x 2 sets (12-15 reps)

Can't wait to smash it out, in that right aggressive mind frame to slaughter these babies BOOYA!

Legs 1 week out last yr!
