12wks... AHHHHH!

Wow the 12wk count down has creeped up so quickly and im totally shitting myself feel like i have so much work to do ahhh! But when i slow my breathing down and get a grip of myself 3mths is alot of time to pull things together! Im so looking forward to this journey! BRING IT ON i say!

Back Day

Today is Back day my least favourite muscle group to train but we got to do what we got to do! I find training back a real mental challenge, i guess to a degree i get a lil nervous bout hurting it! But my main focus today will be when i don't wanna do one more rep is to visualize this pic of Pauline and pump out another 5 reps hehe! Training going really god this week body is really feeling full and strong this week not to mention bloody sore but at the end of the day when i have finished whining bout how sore i am its quite satisfying having muscles feeling really worked! Food spot on this week (and im not going to say so far, as thats giving myself options, STAY STRONG) Hope everyone else having a good week ( I LOVE UNI HOLIDAYS) Train hard, eat clean and turn that body into a machine!!

Having one of those days!

My Monday started off with an Exam at 8.30am! A lil emotional and hungry i trotted on in and did my best, starting to feel lil more comfortable now tackling exams. Anyway my lil traditions is afterwards popping into LJ and buying myself a lil treat..... That is were all came crumbling down trying clothes on, although sizing doesn't mean much, most girls like seeing themselves in a size smaller then what they thought they were : ) But it was the bloody reflection in the mirror!!!! I swear the light just emphasized every lil ugly feature on my body... Not to worry its just made me more motivated to get in the gym and train that jiggle away its a new week right?? Meaning new results by the end!!! Meaning happy me!!! And a step closer to the stage!

Just wanted to introduce my man Mick, who has been right by my side with all my goals and dreams, as u can see he has competed himself last year and placed 3rd in the Novice division. He is also in comp prep with me at the moment for the upcoming Sept comps! The days i feel like i can't push on he is right there to help me through.. I just wanted to say thank you Xoxo

Will it seems that treating myself to a massage was just what the doctor ordered hehe and so was the cold that came with it, i'm i  guessing had a few hidden toxins in my tense muscles that were happy to let go when i was all relaxed. It has been very hard to stay motivated with a stuffed up head and achey body but the show must go on! Thank god for my bf he has been great with providing the support and help i need as he has been down this track last year. Cooking my meals and letting me sleep in, talking me thru my food cravings and just believing in me, he is just the best. Have had some great progress this week looking forward to taking some pics in the morning and start watching the changes that way as well.

Me time...

Usually time for me involves indulging in some of my favourite foods (especially chocolate) but im trying to shift that approach into something more beneficial for my body so today im treating myself to a massage. Hump day is usually the day i struggle most with diet etc for some reason. Im really looking forward to my massage as my body is very sore from the last couple of weight sessions! Hopefully getting some progress pics done this weekend if i feel ok i may post them. Until next time train hard, eat clean and live the dream.

Busy busy busy.....

Wow the last few weeks have been so busy! Moved house, uni exams and assignments and way too many excuses why i havent been going full steam ahead with my comp prep! But not anymore its now or never! 16weeks out and its flying bye,  cheered on my friend at the Brisbane INBA (he came 2nd in the juniors Yay Levi) a couple of weeks ago great motivation there although i felt that alot of the figure girls needed more muscle mass but hey i know how hard that can be to develop it comes with time! Anyway time to get in the zone for a great chest and bi session. will try update more often! And some motivation to leave u with the gorgeous Debbie Czempinski....
